About NGO
The Gauriur Vivekananda Club (GVC) is a nodal Non Government Organization (NNGO). It is a well organized, non profit making and non political committed for Rural Development, grass root level social welfare, charitable, cultural and scientific organization for the service of rural poor marginalized, destitute women, children and mass people.
The members are working in the field of rural development with multipurpose activities with basic thrust and concentration on over all socioeconomic development, women empowerment, awareness generation, sanitation, skill development, entrepreneurship development, re-generation of traditional Craft as to compete with modern National & International markets, promotion and marketing of village products, upliftment of child and maternal health, micro credit facilities etc towards supporting the rural poor and marginalized people for better livelihood and upliftment of their economic standard.
Its main head office is located in Gauripur town ward no. 4 (near Post Office).
For Residential training facilities and production unit:
It has set up a Branch office at Khudimari village, located about 3 K.M. distance in western direction form Gauripur town (towards Rupshi).

GVC came into existence on 15-10-1970
Reregistered under the Societies Registration Act. XXI of 1860
Regd. No. 51 of 1978-79 on 01-05-1978.
Its PAN is AAA TC 5519 N.
It also Registered with 12 A & 80 G under Income Tax Act. 1961;
